Classico Group Sommelier Agency provides professional sommelier services for private dinner parties and other events - regardless of the size - where the importance of wine needs to be elevated and highlighted. The core service includes:
wine list planning based on the menu and the budget, purchase, delivery, and on-location service by professional sommelier(s).
The service can be modified to fit your specific needs.
While Southern California is our primary service area, our sommeliers can be sent anywhere for an assignment.
To start, please email us at classicogroup@yahoo.com with detailed information about the location, date and time of the event, size of the party, and the menu. If the menu is not finalized yet, at least give us an idea of the food to be served. Since the emphasis is on perfect food and wine pairing, the final wine list can't be created until the food menu is completed first.
